I specialize in leadership development.  In my view, leadership is an effortful activity. It is a process of self-questioning, building self and contextual awareness, and learning. Always learning.  

At its core, leadership involves an other-oriented set of behaviors.  Although it is an individual choice to honor it, leaders hold a great deal of responsibility to ensure the well-being of future generations.
