My research is programmatic, rigorous, and integrative. I address two questions that contribute to the fields of leadership and diversity.

The first question pertains to stewardship: How and when do leaders act to protect the long-term welfare of others?

The second question relates to understanding differences: How do biases and structural inequalities unfold within organizational and societal systems?
